Who is Hikousen?
Hikousen
is the pet cat of Cecilia Daichi, a character from the
LadyStar fantasy adventure story series. He is enormously
fat, tremendously tired and enjoys nothing more in the
world than finding a quiet place to sleep off his overindulgence
of tuna and other assorted seafoods. He is also our comic
gateway mascot.

If you draw, write or publish a comic, perhaps you would
be interested in listing your comic on our gateway? The
requirements are very simple. Your comic site must publish
an advertisement provided by Palace in the Sky Publishing
from the Project Wonderful service. In exchange, we will
list one leaderboard-size banner from your comic on our
gateway main page. The revenue generated from the co-operative
ad is used to advertise our gateway page on other comic
sites, which brings all of our member sites more readers.
